The Making of “ERROR 8”

Join me on this start-to-finish screenprinting journey as I make my newest piece, “ERROR 8”!

this print was inspired by a funny little thought I had about my Magic 8 Ball— “What if it bounced back with a loading error? What if it flashed me a Chrome Dino?” —and the image in mind felt just perfectly humorous enough to print.

I wanted to do something a little different on this print, so I decided to edition it BIG, using some different tagging styles for the different areas of content. I like for the information to be a part of the art sometimes, and hope to push this style a little further in the future.
